Corporate and retail banking services (CRBS) include opening and maintenance of accounts of physical and legal persons. CRBS – differentiates a bank from non banking credit institution. Applying services, rendered within the frame of CRBS, enables a Client, as soon as practicable, to carry out his payments in any form (by payment order, by encashment, by letter of credit etc.), to hand in or receive cash assets at the counter, to arrange payment of utility bills, to carry out currency exchange, to order notification service about reception of money on a current account, to use a “Client-bank” system capabilities… And even just to check the authenticity of currency, to recount or to exchange worn banknotes for the new ones.
