A limited liability company universal commercial bank “Cambio” offers mortgage loans that correspond to the requirements of Standards of the State Mortgage Institution(TOP-10 partner-banks rating of SMI). Mortgage loans are granted on the following terms:

1. Crediting period – 5 to 30 years.

2. Maximum amount of loan cannot exceed 75% of estimated value of mortgaged property object and is defined depending on the location of mortgaged property object:

1 000 000 hryvnias – Kyiv and population centres of suburban area of Kiev
750 000 hryvnias – Sevastopol, cities with population exceeding 1 million and population centres of suburban area of such cities
500 000 hryvnias – other cities of regional significance
300 000 hryvnias – cities of district significance
200 000 hryvnias – other towns and villages

Minimal amount of loan is – 25 000 hryvnias.

3. Interest rate – 10% per annum.

4. Tariff for transferring of cash and non-cash funds for repayment of mortgage loan indebtedness is paid on a monthly basis and is calculated by the following formula: 0,3%*(n-k+1)/n of credit amount, where n – crediting term, k – year of credit use.

5. Commissions for loan granting, paperwork and handling are not imposed.

6. Property insurance services are granted by the insurance company “Nika” LLC.

Tariffs for services of IC “Nika” LLC:

• Property insurance – 0,27% of estimated value of mortgaged property object per annum
