UCB "Cambio LLC" offers a full spectrum of consulting, information and other additional services to the individuals and entities.
Highly qualified, experienced and responsible employees of the bank are always glad to consult everybody who’s coming to the bank.
Consulting and information services of UCB "Cambio LLC" are available for the regular client of the bank – individuals and entities and also for those who want to use one-time consultation of the bank.
UCB "Cambio LLC" offers consulting, information and other additional services for the clients of the bank concerning those bank operations for the fulfillment of which it has appropriate licenses and permissions of NBU and also other authorized State administrations whose competence is to control legislation compliance at the financial services markets.
The order and the scope of consulting and information services are determined by the mutual consent between the client and the bank taking into account the individual particularities and the needs of each client, either private person or enterprise, for example:
- compiling and shipping information requests to corresponding State authorities;
- searching and processing information interesting for the client;
- offering consultations and certificates concerning bank services, order of filling the documents, needful for obtaining the bank services;
- analysis of the current legislation concerning the offered bank services etc.
The bank also offers consultations to its clients on the questions connected with service in the bank, output of managerial decision, offering recommendations and also help to the client in deciding current questions.
