PENSIONERS SERVICING PROGRAM

UCB "Cambio LLC", on June 3, 2005 was included to the list of banks, authorized to work with the Pension Fund of Ukraine (Decision of Tender Committee on the selection of the banks in which, after the consent of pensioners and donations recipients, it is possible to open accounts for pensions and money donation dated June 3, 2005).

UCB "Cambio LLC" offers to its clients-pensioners the services connected not only with the payment of pensions and donations but also with the opportunity to use resources on the current account which is free-of-charge for the pensioner.

UCB "Cambio LLC" offers bank services which may be interesting for the pensioners and aiming the creation for this category of bank clients more favorable and attractive conditions, namely*:

• pensions prepayment is a special bank service using which the pensioner may obtain a part of the pension (up to 75%) during the period between 1 date of the current month and official date of pension payoff
• pensioners crediting (up to 1 year) for specific social amendments of pensioner and repayment at the cost of pension incomings. The benefit for such credits is fixed in form of minimizing the interest rate on 1%, comparing the similar products for other bank clients
• Maximizing the interest rate for pensioners in all deposit programs of UCB "Cambio LLC" on 1% during the year
• Additional benefit in deposit programs of UCB "Cambio LLC" for the pensioners is the availability to fix the individual schedule for replenishment of deposit and the term of action of deposit agreement. It lets the pensioners agree the terms of replenishment of the deposits with specific terms of obtaining the income, and the term of repayment and/or interest discharge with the separate dates significant for the pensioners (for example: birthday, holiday, etc.)
• Conversion in any foreign currency of First group of Classifier using the market rate during the payoff from pensioners’ accounts.
