FOREIGN CURRENCY TRADE OPERATIONS
UCB "Cambio LLC" may conduct operations of purchase, sale, foreign currency exchange with the main freely convertible currencies and currencies with limited conversion:
- Purchase/sale of main currencies on conditions of delivering TOD, TOM, SPOT;
- SWAP operations;
- On agreement with the contracting bank UCB "Cambio LLC" conducts cross-cancellation of debts (netting) for the conversion operations;
- One of new and perspective ways is currency operations on condition of “forward” (aiming the hedging of rates risks).
Conversion operations on off-exchange market with the value date TOD, TOM, SPOT and SWAP are conducted when there is one of the conditions:
- Fixed non-covered (blank) limit for the contracting bank;
- Secured by the liquid assets;
- Availability of different value dates when conducting the deal (Split Value).
